The Monroe Redhawks continued their dynamic playoff run with dual-threat quarterback Kaegan Chambers, who, despite a challenging night with three interceptions, led his team to a 35-25 win over Northeastern. The strong performance from Zion Lindsey, who rushed for 121 yards, and Nymir Kendall, with two rushing touchdowns, solidified Monroe’s perfect season at 15-0.

Lastly, the Tarboro Vikings captured their ninth state championship title by dominating Corvian Community with a commanding 45-24 victory. With a powerful offensive attack totaling 419 rushing yards and the standout performance by MVP Kamerin McDowell-Moore, who ran for four touchdowns, Tarboro showcased their prowess in their sixth consecutive title game appearance.
