New Orleans is set to host the 44th Louisiana High School Athletic Association (LHSAA) Prep Football Classic, which kicks off this Thursday, December 12. This event will showcase a total of 16 top teams from across Louisiana, all eager to compete for the coveted state championship trophy.
The schedule includes eight thrilling games spread out over three days. Fans are encouraged to grab their tickets, which are now available for purchase. Online tickets can be bought through Ticketmaster for $25 each. If fans prefer to buy on game day at the Caesars Superdome, tickets will cost $30. Each ticket will grant access to all games that are played on that day, but it’s important to note that there will be no re-entry allowed once a fan leaves the venue. Additionally, all children aged 2 and older will require a ticket for admission.
To enhance safety and streamline entry, the Superdome implements a clear bag policy. Only approved bags, including clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags no larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″, are permitted. Small clutches and one-gallon clear freezer bags are also allowed, while clear diaper bags of the same size are accepted. However, clear backpacks and fanny packs are not permitted. Any medically necessary items will be inspected at a separate entrance.
Fans should also be aware of items that are prohibited inside the Superdome. These include animals (except service dogs), large banners, containers, glass items, laser pointers, noisemakers, outside food and drinks, and any weaponry. The Superdome management may also restrict other items deemed inappropriate.
