COLUMBUS, Ohio – High School Football Playoff Matchups Announced
The Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) has officially released the matchups for the regional final playoff games for high school football. These playoffs are set to take place on Friday, November 22, at 7 p.m. across various neutral sites.
The regional finals are part of the fourth round of the playoffs, with the hope of advancing to the state semifinals. The OHSAA is expected to announce those bracket pairings later this week, with the semifinals scheduled for Friday, November 29. Excitement will build as teams aim for a spot in the state championship games, which will be held at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton from December 5-7.
Playoff Matchups
Division I
- Mentor (13-0) vs. Lakewood St. Edward (8-5) at Bedford High School Bearcat Stadium
- Centerville (10-3) vs. Huber Heights Wayne (8-5) at Dayton Welcome Stadium
- Powell Olentangy Liberty (11-2) vs. Pickerington North (11-2) at Historic Crew Stadium
- Cincinnati Archbishop Moeller (12-1) vs. Cincinnati St. Xavier (10-3) at Mason High School Tri-Health/Beacon Stadium
Division II through VII
Other divisions will also feature exciting matchups, such as:
- Division II: Cuyahoga Falls Walsh Jesuit (13-0) takes on Akron Archbishop Hoban (11-2) at Twinsburg High School Tiger Stadium.
- Division IV: Sandusky Perkins (12-1) faces Ontario (12-1) at Tiffin Columbian Frost-Kalnow Stadium.
- Division VI: Kirtland (13-0) competes against Dalton (10-3) at North Royalton High School Serpentini Stadium.
- Division VII: Columbus Grove (13-0) plays Delphos St. John’s (6-7) at Lima Spartan Stadium.
