The Edgewood Cougars also got off the schneid with their first win of the season, demolishing Talawanda 34-14. Braylon Carroll stole the spotlight with a remarkable 213-yard rushing game, scoring twice, including an explosive 89-yard touchdown right at the start of the match. The Cougars’ quarterback Ryan French facilitated a productive offense, throwing for 216 yards.
