First up is Alston, who was on fire in Jay’s thrilling 14-7 victory against their rivals. He went an impressive 4-for-4 with six RBIs to his name, including two triples and a home run! He didn’t just shine at the plate; Alston was also a force on the mound against Southside, pitching seven innings and allowing only three runs while striking out seven batters.

Another player to watch is Atkins, who nailed a go-ahead two-run homer leading Santa Fe to an 8-7 nail-biter victory over Friendswood, finishing the game 2-for-3 with two RBIs.
