Hey there, Tullahoma! Our local tennis heroes are back on the courts and they’re ready to show us what they’ve got! The 2025 season for the Tullahoma High School Tennis Team has officially started, and if first impressions mean anything, we’re in for an exciting ride. Following the boys’ remarkable achievement last year, where they snagged the District championship and finished 2nd in Regionals, the expectations are high!

Record-Breaking Performances!

Let’s talk about the dynamic duo from last season – Ryan Tenison and Luke Reagan. They turned heads in 2024 when they clinched both the District and Regional titles in individual doubles. Not stopping there, they took their talent to the TSSAA Spring Fling State Tournament where they made history by finishing in the top 4! Talk about setting the bar high for the new season!

A Shining Star in Coaching

Kudos to Ashley Abraham, who was recognized as the Boys District Coach of the Year for her incredible coaching skills. Her efforts have not gone unnoticed, and it’s clear her dedication has helped the team develop not just as athletes, but as individuals. With her leadership, these players have progressed tremendously since their middle school days.

2025 Lady Wildcats. This year’s roster features an impressive lineup including Lexa Barnes, Hope Thomas, Wen NiLin, Claire Fogarty, Jacy Kate Murray, Adyson Orr, Isla Scott, Lynn Wilkinson, Peyton Bell, Sofia Fernandez, and Destiny Fleury. They’re geared up and ready to make waves not just in the district, but also on a broader stage!

Victory on the Courts!

The boys have already made a strong showing with a series of impressive wins. They defeated Marshall County, Community High School, and Fayetteville High School all with commanding scores of 7-0! That’s right, a clean sweep! They continued their triumph over Moore County and Lawrence County with scores of 5-2 before wrapping up their incredible performances against St Andrews-Sewanee again with a jaw-dropping 7-0 victory!

The Lady Wildcats Shine Bright

The girls are not to be overshadowed either! With strong performances against Community High School, Fayetteville City, and Moore County, all resulting in victories of 6-1, they have certainly shown that they have what it takes to compete fiercely this season!
