Columbia, South Carolina – The energy is electric as the South Carolina High School League state playoffs have rolled through three thrilling rounds. Players have been stepping up in impressive ways, showcasing their talent and determination on the field.
One of the standout moments came from Pickett-Hicks, a senior running back who turned in a performance for the ages. He rushed for an astounding 485 yards on just 34 carries and scored six touchdowns in a dramatic 48-36 victory over Daniel. Notably, his touchdowns came from distances of 1, 84, 65, 54, 39, and 34 yards. After such a remarkable outing, the Clemson commit proved he is a serious contender.
