Austin Hosts 2024 NCAA Volleyball Championship Rounds
AUSTIN, Texas – Excitement is building as the Texas Volleyball team has been selected to host the First and Second rounds of the 2024 NCAA Volleyball Championship. This announcement was made by the NCAA Division I Women’s Volleyball committee on Sunday.
The Longhorns, who have a solid record of 18-6 this season, will kick off their tournament journey by facing Texas A&M-Corpus Christi on Thursday, December 5, at 6:30 p.m. CT. Fans can also look forward to a match between UT Arlington and USC that same day, scheduled for 4 p.m. CT.
The winners of the Thursday matches will meet on Friday, December 6, at 6:30 p.m. CT. The action wraps up with the first and second rounds taking place from December 5-7. Following this, the Regional rounds are set for December 12-15, leading up to the National Semifinals on December 19. The National Championship match will be held on December 22, at 2 p.m. CT, broadcasting live on ABC from the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Kentucky.
