Starting off on Thursday evening, the first game features Shallowater (8-2) taking on Brownfield (0-10) at Woodrow’s Pirate Stadium at 7 p.m. This game promises to be an action-packed opening to the playoffs. Other matchups include Peaster (8-2) versus Comanche (7-3) and Lamesa (4-6) against Amarillo River Road (4-6), both scheduled for the same time at their respective stadiums.
On Friday, several other exciting contests will take place. Sweetwater (6-4) will challenge Vernon (7-3) at Graham’s Newton FieldTuscola Jim Ned (7-3) takes on Iowa Park (3-7) at Breckenridge’s Buckaroo Stadium.
Entering Region II, Malakoff (10-0) is set to face Tatum (6-4) at Tyler’s TMF Rose StadiumTexarkana Liberty-Eylau (8-2) against Commerce (5-5) and Palmer (8-2) versus Whitney (6-4).
