2024 High School Football Season Kicks Off with Major Upsets and New Rankings

Las Vegas – The excitement is in the air as the 2024 high school football season officially kicks off. Starting last week, multiple states have already begun their games, resulting in some changes within the On3 Massey Ratings top 25.

In a notable victory, Bishop Gorman celebrated a win against Kahuku, a team that previously held the No. 1 spot in Hawaii, with a score of 33-7. Corner Canyon and Colquitt County, both preseason No. 1 teams from Utah and Georgia, enjoyed easy season-opening wins, too. Sierra Canyon joins the top 25 after securing a significant road win over Punahou in Hawaii.
